To facilitate activities for Guests in a professional and memorable manner.

• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
• Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners
• Maintain a basic knowledge of operations in activities departments including shuttle routes including USNF access points.
• Maintain the ability to check the daily schedule in Activities Software applications.
• Set up and maintain archery, paintball and bicycle rental activities and facilitate archery, paintball and bicycle activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas including: trash removal, cleaning/fueling activity vehicles, and pressure washing.
• Knowledge of laundry drop-off and pick up procedures.
• Stock fire pit fuel and s’mores set up.
• Maintain pro-active work ethic.
• Assist, as needed, in Team build Activities.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail Orientated
• Ability to meet or exceed Guest Expectations
• Know, understand and follow all Omni Corporate and department policies.

Tools and Equipment:

• Radio, First Aid kits, Signaling devices and techniques

• Company Vehicles, trailers, Various water craft, Snowmobiles, Tractors and Wagons,

Working Environment:

• Fast Paced, Extreme Weather conditions, (Hot, Cold, and Wet )
