Are you a driven and experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry? Join our dynamic team at Capital Ford in Charlotte, NC, and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance department and ensure seamless financial transactions. What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the finance and insurance (F&I) process for vehicle sales.
• Present financing options to customers, including loan and lease terms.
• Collaborate with lending institutions to secure the best financing terms.
• Prepare and review all finance and lease paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Educate customers on aftermarket products and services, and facilitate their sale.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and ensure timely funding of contracts.
• Train and support sales staff on F&I procedures and product knowledge.
• Monitor and achieve monthly finance and insurance goals.
• Ensure the dealership's finance department operates efficiently and profitably.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing options and F&I products.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to automotive finance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
