What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary liaison for assigned study sites, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
  • Attending Investigator Meetings and study-specific training.
  • Conducting pre-study qualification visits, site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clinical sites.
  • Monitoring recruitment, data quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with data management to meet data cut and lock deadlines.
  • Assisting in preparation for audits/inspections.

 

About You

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences.
  • Experience with remote or risk-based monitoring is preferred.
  • Proficiency in GCP and understanding of clinical trial management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, small company environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to interact with global teams.
