We have an outstanding contract position for a  Construction Escort to join a leading company located in the  Laurel, MD surrounding area.

We are seeking a Construction Escort to help us with the construction, alteration, repair, and modification of items and structures on the Campus. You'll be joining a team of hardworking construction specialists who improve the quality of the work environment. 

Responsibilities :

• Escort non-customer employees to and from various work locations on campus
• Monitor the work of all non-customer employees such that they are within your line of sight
• Interact with the construction team on site for numerous roof repair projects
• Work with our Security team to learn and understand the customer security and escort process
• Operate customer vehicles as needed

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess a valid state of residence driver's license; the selected candidate will be subject to a motor vehicle record check
• Have some construction job site experience
• Essential to the function of this job is the ability to climb stairs and work at heights (i.e., on roofs or other elevated surfaces/structures) 
• This position may require the operation of customer vehicles
• This job will require the use of safety shoes, safety glasses, and other personal protective and safety equipment as required for the work being performed
