Are you a skilled Demolition Technician looking for a rewarding career?

We are a thriving, family-owned construction company with over 45 years of experience. We're expanding our demolition division in Colorado Springs and we're seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment, including jackhammers, chippers, skid steers, mini-excavators, aerial lifts, forklifts, and excavators.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe use of all tools.
• Prepare and clean up work sites before and after projects.
• Adhere to strict safety policies and procedures.
• Manage workflow efficiently to meet changing priorities.
• Utilize daily documentation software for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Pass a Drug Screen (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (Required)
• Provide a current MVR (Required)
• 1+ year of demolition experience (Preferred)
• Positive and responsible work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and punctuality
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
