Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional phone, email, and chat support to our network of real estate agents
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new agents
- Enhance customer service experiences and cultivate engaged clientele
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and see them through to resolution
- Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to assess support quality and efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technology to optimize processes
- Contribute to time-sensitive projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Real estate experience and/or license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tasks
- Must be able to work effectively from a remote location
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to teamwork
