Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Data Science Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Behavior Change, you'll play a crucial role in behavioral analytics, measurement, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about using data to drive insights and improve outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with executives, clients, and partners to extract valuable insights from large data sets.
Design Analytical Frameworks: Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, key metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor, measure, and enhance performance, focusing on optimizing patient behavior and client success.
Data Classification and Segmentation: Utilize data from various sources to classify and segment member populations effectively.
Test Design and Reporting: Manage the design, measurement, and reporting of randomized controlled trials, A/B tests, and other performance optimization procedures.
Enhance Product Features: Apply data science expertise to improve product features, optimize patient behavior, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Provide Thought Leadership: Offer guidance and innovative solutions in the development of analytic strategies.

General Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Tableau: Skilled in developing and maintaining Tableau workbooks using various data sources such as relational databases, data warehouses, and CSV files.
Statistical Concepts: Knowledgeable in statistical concepts, clustering, segmentation, A/B testing, and advanced analytic techniques.
Analytic Tools: Proficient with analytic and modeling tools and software, including Python (Pandas, Numpy), R, SAS, etc.
ETL and Data Analysis: Experienced in developing ETL pipelines and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources. Familiarity with SQL, Python, R; Tableau; large-scale Spark, Data Warehouse, or Big Data implementations; and Java, Python, Hive, or Cassandra.
