💼 About the Role

The Director of Strategic Projects will be based in our Atlanta office and will play a critical role in leading new product launches and strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly driven and strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional projects and provide analytical insights to company leaders.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1. Leading new product launches for the US market:
2. • Ideation, development, and launch of new products tailored for the US market (eg handheld payment terminals, new Point of Sale integrations)
   • Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and market launch
3. Champion strategic initiatives:
4. • Own and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives at the company level that usually range from 2 to 6 months
   • Ensure timely and effective execution of these initiatives, aligning them with company goals and objectives.
5. Strategic support:
6. • Provide ad-hoc supports to CEO US and other company leaders on strategic projects (offering analytical insights and and fast paced solutions to complex strategic challenges)
7. Strategic planning coordination:
8. • Coordinate strategic planning together with finance and HR teams (BP, Forecasts, resource planning, etc.)

👥 Reporting Structure:

• Reports directly to CEO US and Co-founder, Christine de Wendel.
• Maintains a direct line of communication with our CEO and Co-founder, Victor Lugger.

• Willingness to travel 2 to 4 days a month.
• Open to spending 3 days per week in the Midtown Atlanta office.

😊 About You

• 8+ years of corporate experience.
• Prior experience in a successful high-growth tech company and / or strategy consulting preferred.
• Experience in the tech/start-up sector is a solid plus
• Autonomy and drive.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong management skills.
• Effective communication.
• Stakeholder management, including senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills.
