Electrical Estimator

Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor in the Philadelphia suburbs. We need an Electrical Estimator with the following experience.

Job Duties & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical contracting arena as an Estimator.
• Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
• Job visit experience.
• Projects are commercial, industrial, medical, and hospitality.
• Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
• Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
• Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
• Estimating for change order requests.
• Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
