Helping Home Buyers: Assist clients through the loan process from start to finish, offering clear and expert advice on various mortgage options.
Evaluating Applications: Analyze and assess loan applications and underwriting assessments to match borrowers with the ideal loan products.
Ensuring Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulations to ensure all processes adhere to current standards.

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of underwriting standards and loan origination.
Experience in mortgage lending and loan application assessment.

Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
Must hold or be eligible for a Florida and/or Ohio Mortgage Loan Originator license.
