Job Description

FocusKPI is looking for a Frontend UI Developer  to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 

Work Location:   Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 6 months contract with possibility for extension depending on your performance
Pay Range:  $50/hr to $60/hr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points
• Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design
• Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability
• Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working on customer facing and/or internal tools
• Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Webpack with a minimum of 4 years of coding  experience
• Familiarity in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres is a big plus
• Frontend specific Cloud experience is required to have but no need of backend cloud experience
• Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions
• Experience with CI (Continuous Integration) ; CI system is a In-house system used by the team 
• Experience with UX background is a huge plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work 
• Experience in building the existed user interfaces is required since this person is responsible of such kind of work
• Need to be independent 

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Familiarity with backend development and API integration
