Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Human Resources entry-level person to support our Operations teams with human resources tasks, payroll, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, social media marketing, and ongoing people development at the store level. This is a position that requires you to be present in the corporate office. We are an iconic, fast-food nationwide brand and we have a place for you on our team! 

Human Resources Support Responsibilities:

• Support Recruiting efforts at all levels
• Update and monitor all online recruiting initiatives, job board templates, contracts 
• Manage and distribute job postings to job boards
• Recruit to keep company restaurants staffed to par
• Manage marketing on social media pages
• Work with the Operations team accordingly
• Payroll functions for at least 450 team members
• Support all HR needs of the team

Human Resources Support Qualifications:

• Previous work in hospitality in HR or Operations
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Ability to build rapport with all employees in the field
• Strong leadership qualities
• Great at recruiting
• Someone who is willing to learn
