Job Description and Duties

Our Investment Talent & Culture (ITC) program is currently seeking a Staff Services Manager II to function in the lead role over INVO talent and business continuity management and drive our CalPERS mission.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the alignment of talent management and business continuity planning through an investment lens to support and execute on operational and investment strategy.
  • Support Investment Office hiring managers in collaboration with CalPERS Human Resources Division and Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to recruit and retain a diverse Investment Office work force.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and business partner with the CalPERS Human Resource Division and Office of Support Services Division.
Interview Dates: We anticipate interviews to be held one month from the final file date.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
