Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Mobomo to bring great ideas to life. We collaborate with federal clients to lead their digital transformation initiatives. We’re in search of a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of customer experiences through human-centered design processes.

Must have:

• US citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance (Public Trust).
• Minimum 1 year of provable experience in UX/UI design.
• Actionable knowledge of human-centered design processes.
• User research methodologies
• User testing processes
• UX deliverables
• Solid knowledge of Web, iOS, and Android design guidelines and patterns
• A strong portfolio that showcases UI design skills and experience.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Work well within a Design team: be a team player!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Nice to have:

• Located in the DMV area.
• Experience in working with federal clients and understanding their unique requirements and constraints.
• Experience working with UX tools ( Usertesting.com , Optimal Workshops, Google Analytics, Miro, etc).
• Pure unadulterated awesomeness!

Considerati ons:

• May need to attend on-location (limited) meetings if the project requires so.
