Job Responsibilities:

Engage and Educate: Connect with customers to effectively sell a variety of health insurance plans and products. You'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for those seeking health coverage.
Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client you interact with.
Stay Informed: Quickly learn and master new concepts and product offerings, including Major Medical, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products.
Guide and Support: Assist consumers throughout the health insurance policy selection and application process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of Medicare Sales experience is required, though 2 or more years is preferred.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of Medicare products is essential.
Enrollment Period: You must have worked through at least one annual enrollment period (AEP).
Preferred Background: Prior experience working with United Healthcare or Humana is a must.
