Job Description

Soaren provides customer-centric alternative lending solutions in consumer markets via proprietary underwriting and loan management systems. Soaren is hiring a Loan Verification Agent, who will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls to customers who have applied online for an installment loan. Verification Agents are tasked with both verifying customers’ personal application information and offering explanations of the terms and features of the loans.

 

Verification Agents should have the ability to verbally assist customers who may have less technical skills to complete an online application and troubleshoot issues. Our call center is a fun dynamic environment where you will earn performance-based bonuses.

 

100% onsite role

Working hours are Monday Through Friday with 4 shifts available between 5 am and 4:30 pm

Pay $15 an hour plus perforamce bonus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing online applications and creating an exceptional 1st time customer experience.
  • Receiving inbound customer requests and completing outbound calls to get in contact with customers who have recently applied to help finish the application process.
  • Evaluating information and explaining payback options.
  • Documenting/notating account information and following Quality Assurance and compliance guidelines.
  • Complete contract forms, and assist customers through an online signing process through a portfolio website.
  • Working with supervisors to ensure customer accounts are handled properly.
  • Assisting customers through different online tasks like sending emails or directing to verification websites to help expedite their approval process.
  • Reading application/account notes to help customers finish their approval process after other agents have worked with them.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year’s call center experience inbound/outbound or customer service experience
  • Prior experience in sales or upselling is preferred
  • Ability to follow scripted requirements for verifying information and rebuttals, evaluating information, and explaining payback options
