Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing a variety of marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and market research. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management and maintenance of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Help organize and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and marketing collateral.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
• Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, content management systems).
