About the position:
A reputable senior living organization on the South Shore, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director (LNHA) to lead a 140-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, as well as support a 40-bed Assisted Living community. This facility is part of a well-established senior living network, providing exceptional support and resources.

Job Summary:
As the Executive Director (LNHA), you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing and rehab center, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall operations of the facility, including Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Short-term Rehab programs.
• Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with proven experience in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and service to residents.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
