Job Description

Join our team as a Personal Vacation Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and facilitating travel experiences for individuals or groups. You'll work remotely, leveraging your expertise in the travel industry to create exciting itineraries, offer exceptional customer service, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Consultation and Planning:
   • Engage with clients through various communication channels to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
   • Customize travel packages and itineraries that align with clients' desires, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and tours.
   • Provide comprehensive information and advice on travel destinations, attractions, and logistical details.
2. Sales and Booking:
   • Actively promote travel packages, deals, and experiences to potential clients through Social Media and multiple forms of communications
   • Convert inquiries into bookings by effectively presenting tailored travel solutions and addressing client needs.
   • Manage booking procedures, including reservations, ticketing, accommodations, transportation, and tour arrangements.
3. Customer Service:
   • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their travel experience.
   • Address any concerns, inquiries, or issues before, during, or after travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
   • Maintain regular communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Business Development:
   • Continuously engaging in training opportunities to expand the client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
   • Identify emerging travel trends, market demands, and innovative offerings to enhance travel packages and services.
   • Collaborate with travel partners and agencies to negotiate favorable deals and partnerships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand clients' needs.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for travel, eagerness to provide exceptional service, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for travelers.
