Job Description

Mandatory Skills

Within IT, Product Management or Product Development with Advertising or Marketing focus- Streaming Media experience, Data Analysis

  1. Lead the Data product features/capabilities to enable data monetization and activation to support advertising, marketing, customer experience and other enterprise needs
  2. Be 'subject matter expert', to provide thought leadership and influence business roadmaps
  3. Collaborate with multiple client groups, other product teams, understand the business problems, translate into product features, and prioritize the development to support multiple use cases
  4. Articulate and document the business needs, business value and time criticality for work prioritization and timely delivery
  5. Work with internal and external partners to source, integrate and maintain data
  6. Identify the 1P, 3P data and data enrichment needs to maintain and expand data platform supporting multiple data capabilities including Identity spine, consumer attributes and segmentation
  7. Own and support data matching processes for onboarding 3P data, and integrating with existing consumer data
  8. Manage the work and collaborate with technical teams for successful delivery of projects
  9. Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders in developing data methodologies to enrich data for business needs
  10. Ensure the privacy and consent compliance throughout the data product life cycle


Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical fields (Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering)

Desired 4+ years experience in Product Development and/or Product Management, with Advertising or Marketing focus

8+ years' experience working with data & analytics data warehouse, data mart, data integration, data analysis, is a critical requirement

Desired experience in agile and lean startup product management processes

Working knowledge of AdTech and MarTech in the context of D2C products

Entrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate the delivery across different groups and levels in the organization

Exceptional communication and writing skills

Ability to work with uncertainty, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks
