Job Description

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to hire a Product Tester to join their team! In this role you will be working with the Quality Assurance teams to test their physical products before being released to consumers. Candidates must have a high attention to detail to be successful.

• The product tester is responsible for performing tests related to product quality.
• Testing includes performance testing, life testing, and other specified system evaluations.
• Perform new product and component testing protocols in support of product development and continuous improvement programs.
• Record and organize quality data in appropriate computer spreadsheets and report results to management.
• Provide training as required for new permanent and temporary personnel in proper test techniques and methods, as well as data recording requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and correlate abnormal behavior with potential root causes.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
