Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday
D Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, andevery other Wednesday
All shifts may not be open. They are filled based onthe current business need
What You'll Do Ensures and escalates production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules while preventing recurrence in the futureAssign and execute training and cross-training plans as well as staff rotations, perform daily meetings with the team when the Supervisor is not available and details daily performance in pass downSupports continuous improvement goals in safety,quality, cost, and customer service by evaluating team progress, processes, and equipmentManage MOS in accordance to operations policies to allow for accurate tracking of tool and process efficienciesFirst level investigation of any quality or safety issues, open items and QDN’s, with suggestions to prevent reoccurrence in the futureTraining prerequisite validation and certification submissions through versatility chart including MI/MN rolloutsNew hire associate hand off from training partners, assign and execute training and cross-training plans, staff rotations, coordinate training for fallout, excessive cycle times and downtime

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $26.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
