GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR 1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION OPERATOS IN HARLESVILLE, PA!!

This is a temp-hire opportunity with a top client near Souderton, PA!! 

Available Shifts :

Pay : $21 per hour
Shift: Early morning 1st shift, 4 days per week, 10 hour days. 5am or 6am start time

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
• Performing all duties assigned to meet Pecora’s daily production goals
• Packaging finished product (caulking and sealant materials) at required production rates
• Setting up and running a variety of packing and labeling machines
• Completing changeovers and cleanouts at required rates
• Working with various chemistries of Pecora’s product lines
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to work in multiple work centers in a single shift
• Are able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand for extended periods of time to operate packaging machines
• Have good communication skills
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
