Director of Operations Requirements:

• 2+ years DO or 5+ years Multi-Unit experience. in fast-food or fast-casual environments.
• Drive-thru experience preferred.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with new solutions and ideas.
• Open thinker who is not afraid to communicate..
• Performance and results oriented - will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• NRO experience a plus!
