Job Description

Our exciting, high-energy group is seeking a full-service restaurant Director of Operations with experience in high volume, full-service, casual dining in a sports bar environment.

Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:
  • Be the leader of all of the General Managers' store operations
  • Oversee all planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the operations function of the franchise group
  • Development of the management teams, execution of brand standards
  • Full responsibility for the operations of all current restaurants and guiding any future NROs in the market
  • Reviews and approves the setting of budgets for franchise group and monitors results
  • Coaches, counsels, and develops unit management in building sales, marketing efforts, controlling costs and upholding brand standards
  • Ensures the units' successful implementation of all marketing strategies
Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-service multi-unit restaurant management experience with volume of $5M or higher
  • New Restaurant opening experience
  • Scratch kitchen culinary and beverage background
  • Hands-on servant leader
  • Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills—principles and people
  • Superior analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
  • A relentless desire to pursue excellence in individual, department team, company, and brand performance
  • Bi-lingual helpful, not required. (Spanish)
