Responsibilities: Manage blockchain and Web 3 infrastructure for Balcony's software Translate overarching strategic goals into actionable and detailed plans that can be readily implemented by engineers Scale Balcony's current software nationwide Demonstrate technical proficiency across the organization Maintain virtual environments and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with development teams to integrate code changes Lead educational initiatives for the junior team members regarding updates on tactics and new platform introductions Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of software platforms on a large scale 3+ years of experience working with blockchain and similar Web 3 infrastructure Hustle and determination Ability to think critically and solve problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment Experience with enterprise software deployment and maintenance
