**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and weightlifting, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website and programs.
**Responsibilities**
Social Media Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Identify and leverage current trends, events, and opportunities to enhance our social media presence.
Content Creation and Management
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and posts.
Write compelling captions and posts that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand voice.
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely manner.
Foster a sense of community and engagement by interacting with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand our reach.
**Analytics and Reporting**
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Generate regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide insights for improvement.
Continuously refine and optimize social media strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
**Collaboration and Innovation**
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our social media strategy current.
Experiment with new features, tools, and content formats to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fitness and weightlifting is a plus.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
