Job Description: Manual Tester (Hybrid Role) Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid) Position: Manual Tester ONLY USC AND GC WORKS seeking a qualified Manual Tester for a hybrid role in Omaha, NE. The tools for this role will include Postman, Dev Browser Tools, Testrails, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile (Safe) Framework. Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Manual Tester to join our team for a hybrid role based in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by performing thorough testing and validation processes. This role will utilize tools such as Postman, Dev Browser Tools, Testrails, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile (SAFe) Framework to execute test plans and report findings. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize Postman for API testing, ensuring endpoints are functioning as expected.
• Employ Dev Browser Tools for debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
• Use Testrails to document test cases, track progress, and report defects.
• Collaborate with development and product teams using Azure Dev Ops to manage test cases, bugs, and project workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in the testing process within the SAFe framework.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.
• Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify test criteria, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, Dev Browser Tools, Testrails, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience working in an Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
